Within this course you will learn:
- Why is it that you have trouble getting others to respect your boundaries?
- What can you do differently to make sure that they will respect your boundaries?
- How do you come to recognize if you have a situation that requires a boundary be established.
- How do you give yourself permission to allow yourself to take care of your needs with these boundaries?
This course is set up in 3 - 90 minute modules, intended for you to watch one each day for a 3 day timeframe so that you can take the time in between sessions to post-process and begin to practice implementing what was in that day's module.
You will notice immediately that you feel more empowered and will know exactly what to do when someone treats you in a way that you prefer not to be treated. You will know exactly what to do if they "test" you on your boundary, even if they do it multiple times. You will learn what it takes to become the type of person that people don't mess with in the first place.
